I paid $400 for the cent price if I was getting the one from the 1970s that I ***u MEd that I was getting. I didn't ask for a serial number or to see additional pictures or anything. I didn't do my research.Īnyway, for someone who has learned a lot about buying guitars over the last few years and is generally pretty careful I sure acted like a rookie on this one. I actually thought that I was getting an old Tokai because I didn't even think that they were being made anymore (not because of anything that the seller said). I have to openly admit that even though the guitar is nicely built, plays well and sounds FANTASTIC (now that I put a Seymour Duncan and a Lollar in there!!) I have been taken for the sucker on this one. ![]() If anyone else has anything at all to offer, by all means add it in.
